I started my day off good. For breakfast I had an egg sandwich (1 egg cooked over medium on top of a sandwich thin, toasted) with a slice of low fat swiss cheese. Mmmm... good!
Then I hit the gym. I wasn't in the mood to be on a treadmill (surprise) and I wasn't in the mood for Bodypump either so I pulled out that cardio circuit I did the other day and changed it up just a little bit. Here is how it went
Jumping Jacks (fast) 60
Spiderman push ups (hands on bosu) 20
Jump Lunges 30
Kettle ball swings (20 lbs) 20
Body weight squats (fast and super low) 20
Mountain Climbers (with hands on bosu) 40
High Knees 50
I did this 4 times. I wasn't really paying attention to the time but I think it took me about 40 minutes.. ish! Tonight is Bunco, I am looking forward to some girl time. I get to hang out with two of my sisters and my bestie Teresa along with some other fab girls! Whoop!
