I had such a great workout today!  The hubby was home from work so we went to the gym together.  I wasn't sure what I wanted to do, a shoulder workout or some sort of circuit.  I am glad I did what I did, even though he laughed at me the whole time.

5 minute warmup

60 jumping jacks
20 spiderman push ups
30 walking lunges
20 body weight squats (fast)
40 mountain climbers
10 burpees
50 high knees

Repeat 2-4 times

I was able to get through this (barely) 4 times.  I was a sweaty hot mess when I was finished but man it felt so good.  I did rest between each circuit for a minute or two, otherwise I didn't stop until I was done.  Burn baby burn!
