My newest obsession for a couple of reasons. It is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G and it is ready to pop in the microwave after my morning cardio.
1/3 C Quick Oats
2/3 C Water
1-2 Tbsp Sugar free syrup (I love the Torani brown sugar cinnamon)
1 Packet Stevia
dash of cinnamon
1 scoop ground flax (optional)
Mix it all together in a tupperware dish and let sit in the fridge overnight. Pop it in the microwave for 90 seconds. Stir and if it isn't the consistency you like heat it up a little longer. I do not add milk or anything to it, I like it thick, but you could. SO GOOD.
Mmm that sounds awesome! So are those sf syrups worth buying??
ReplyDeleteSOOOOOO worth it April. I have the Peanut Butter, Cinnamon Brown Sugar, and Chocolate Chip cookie dough. I have used them all. My cookie dough is almost gone. That is by far my fav. I use it in my oatmeal bars, oatmeal, protein shakes. The PB is awesome in oatmeal with cocoa powder, and the Cinnamon one ROCKS in egg white pancakes. LOVE THEM. Trying some different flavors on my next order :)
