I have a passion for fitness and a fear of Bikini's... my journey to the stage!
Great guest post, Kerryne! One reason I am so interested in your blog is because you are a fit, active: wife, mom and figure competitor. Amazing combo, if you ask me and exactly what I aspire to be! While we aren't going to try for kids until I compete in at least one bikini show, I know that afterward I will live my life continuing my health journey so that I can also be a good example to our kids one day. That is the most important.PS- I definitely already know what you mean about being "nasty" on comp diet HA! While I think I'm handling it pretty well, when my husband says, "Hon, do you need to eat?" I know that I'm probably crossing over into the dark side! It really is tough not being able to eat like everyone else, especially in family/friend social environments, but at the same time, I know this prep is only a few months compared to years with them and after it is over and I cross bikini comp off my "bucket list", I can relax a bit more.
You are BEAUTIFUL!!! So glad you did the guest post so I could find your blog. Oh and those choc brownie things below look divine.
Dawn... they are divine... seriously... didn't last long around here!Talia... thanks so much! I honestly am so inspired by so many people... including you! The dark side is scary isn't it? Good thing it only lasts a few short weeks, ha ha!
