My three T's

Saturday was a very busy day for us.  We had a few things on the agenda.  Ironically they all began with a "T". First stop was the Temple.  I went through for the first time.

After that we had to go get my boys fitted for their Tuxedo's.  Boy did they look handsome!  Since our colors are brown and blue we decided to go with Chocolate Tux's.  I can't wait to see my handsome guys in them on Friday!!!

Pajha making sure everything fit right!

My handsome little man!

And this... is why we love her.  She is a riot!

After that we were off to the hospital!  My nephew and his wife welcomed baby girl TWINS on Thursday.  Words cannot describe how excited I was to meet these two little princess's.  Seriously it is all I have thought about ALL week.  I have to say that Whitney is an absolutely amazing mother, Jordan is the best daddy and Paisley is going to be a great big sister to these two little munchkins.  I know I have said this before... but I will say it again... I absolutely LOVE being a Great Aunt.  Welcome to this crazy family Rylee and Hadlee!

Nobody, and I mean nobody loves babies more than my Peyton does.  It is honestly the sweetest thing.  He literally turns to mush around them.  If I were crazy I would have one more just for him.  Thank goodness I'm not!  ;)

I believe this is Hadlee... she was 5 lb 6 oz

This is Rylee, she was 5 lb 13 oz

This is their beautiful mama!

The proud Daddy of now 3 girls... poor guy, ha ha ha!

Paisley, the big sister... just amazing!

And this... is their favorite Great Aunt :)

There you have it, Temple, Tuxedo, and TWINS!  What a wonderful day!

Sneak Peek

Last weekend my daughter and I got our pictures taken in our dresses.  They turned out really great!  I have been dying to share them but since my husband hasn't seen my dress yet I CAN'T!  I figured I could however share a little peek... of my daughter!  :)

She is beautiful isn't she?  We really got some great photos, and I cannot wait to share them with you but you will have to wait until next weekend!

In one week it will be my 12th Anniversary, and the day that my family is sealed for All time and Eternity. I am so excited to get to share this day with family and friends.  I just hope we can pull off a reception in one week.  I have to admit... I am feeling a little.... stressed!

I have been spending the last couple of weeks working out at GPPfitness with Janetha!  We are really loving it. The workouts are so FUN, and so different from what I have been doing that my body is screaming (in a good way) every time I go.  Today... my whole body is sore from yesterdays workout.  Its a good feeling.

Yesterday Janetha blogged about our amazing "Administrative Assistants Day" with our boss.  Her version is much more detailed than mine and includes pictures.  I am honestly so lucky to work where I work, with the people I work with.  We really do have fun at work.  We get the job done (of course) but we have a lot of fun while we do it, we have a lot of the same interests and that in itself is SO NICE to be around.  Love my job.  Our boss spoiled us rotten.  He took us to this new mall here in SLC called City Creek, fed us some delicious food at Blue Lemon, I had a turkey burger with my bun being portabella mushrooms.  It was amazing.  And just to top it off he took us shopping..... at Lulu!  I finally own a pair of pants.  SPOILED we are!  A few  hours away from the office with some amazing company.  THE BEST!

Things I never though I'd say...

Its been another crazy week for me.  Its always crazy when the hubby's away.  Seems like that is when life likes to throw stuff at me.  Two days ago I woke up to two lovely cold sores.  One on the upper lip, one on the lower lip, at least it evens itself out.  I never get them.  What the heck?  I am assuming that it is only because I am getting "bridal" pictures taken on Saturday.  Awesome.  Then this morning I woke up to wet carpet... no nobody missed the bathroom, it looks like our water heater is leaking.  Ugh.  What fun!!!  To top my day off I had to go to my son's maturation program with him.  Amazing timing my husband has, don't ya think?  I wish he had been the one to go.  My son is a prude.  I remember a few years ago (he was 8 then) when BJays sister got married, they were doing the whole garter belt thing and my son was SO MAD.  He couldn't believe that Nick would do something like that to his Aunt.  He was disgusted.  He actually got up, stormed off and cried.  Yeah, try sitting next to someone like that while they are showing pretty vivid pictures of male and female body parts.  Some things I never thought I would have to say.... "that's not a butt, its a penis", and my favorite "those are not boobs, they are testicles".  Sigh.  The fact that I have a child old enough to be hitting puberty is freaking me out!

If you haven't already read about my adventure this week with Janetha on her blog, you should!  I am loving GPP, and just to let you know any local bloggers contact Candice.  You could get a month free membership to try it out!  I think I might get hooked.  I love the different workouts, the intensity, and just that feeling of being around others, totally motivates me. Its a nice change anyway, and different from what I have been doing.  Loving it!

And I am off... I left work early for the fun "program" and I don't have to go back.  I actually get to wait for the repair guys to come see if my water heater is repairable or if we are getting a new one.  Good times!  I guess I will go do a little cleaning while I have an extra few hours in my day!

Things that make you go... OW!

If you are a reader of Janetha's blog Meals and moves you will know all about Adventurous April.  If you are not a reader... well what the heck is wrong with you?  She posts great recipes (which I get to sample at work), awesome tips and advice and a bunch of other great stuff.

Anyway, I feel like I have been pretty adventurous this week.  Candice invited me to attend GPPfitness for a month.  Its a little out of my comfort zone to walk into a room full of people I don't know, in a gym I am not comfortable in and work out with them.   BUT I did it.  I have gone a few times this week and needless to say I woke up today SO SORE that I literally DID NOT want to get out of bed.  I am sore in places I didn't know I could get sore in, but it also feels really good!  The workout that killed me?  Oh just 42 of each of these things... bicep curls, kettle ball swings, tricep dips, aussie pull ups, and tricep extentions... 42 reps FOUR times through.  OW!  I am looking forward to really pushing myself and hitting it hard over the next month.  I have a dress to fit into.  :)

Its been a pretty hectic week for me.  Between work, kids, housework, baseball, and trying to plan our reception I feel like I am constantly on the edge.  Someone just push me.  I dare you!  ;)  Anyway, things are coming along.  I will meet with my sisters tomorrow to do some final planning, pick flowers for mine and my daughters bouquet, hopefully find Pajha a dress and mail off the invitations.  I spent my entire Friday evening putting the invites together.  Its been a long day.  I am exhausted.

Hope you all have a great weekend!

Plate is full...

Hey!  It has been absolutely nuts around here.  Let me just tell ya... things are good, really good but so so busy! I am now working full time.  That was a surprise but when I was asked if I was willing to put in more hours I jumped at the chance.  Mo money!  ;)  However... it has made other aspects of life just a little more difficult.  Like for example, getting to the gym.  Or being a mom.  Or a wife.  Or the chef, maid, and taxi.  (some of these I don't miss!!!!).  I will let you guess.  I seem to only have enough room in my brain for work.  And that is still very questionable.  I forget.  A lot.  I have missed appointments with my kids teachers, forgot about picture day (the day when my kids looked most like orphans), forgot to make my kids do homework, shower and brush their teeth.  I mean... what do they expect?  I can't do it all!  Sheesh!  All kidding aside I am doing my best.  I have learned that the deep cleaning has to just wait until Saturdays.  I am not okay with it, but that is just how it has to be.  I am learning that getting up at 5:30 am is probably the ONLY way I will make it to the gym so if I don't get up, I don't go.  That has to change.  Yesterday.  I have learned that there needs to be about 5 more hours in my day.  If I only had 5 more hours... I could probably get all of the stuff done that needs to be done.  But there are never 5 more hours.

On top of ALL of this, I am planning a wedding.  MINE!  Ha ha!  I know I am already married sillies.  We are being sealed in the LDS Temple on May 4th, 2012.  That will be our 12th Anniversary and what kind of wife would I be if I made him try to remember TWO Anniversaries?  We are trying to keep it simple people.  Since we never had a "wedding" 12 years ago, we decided that we were going to have a small reception for family and friends afterwards.  I get to be a not so blushing BRIDE, I get to wear a beautiful dress, have a beautiful cake and feel like a princess.  I am super excited but a little stressed.  Trying to plan something like this in 4 weeks isn't exactly easy when I am never home to do any planning.  So that is what I have been up to... oh AND... adding on to that list if I decide to compete in June I am 9 weeks out!  Eeeks!  Time to get my booty in gear!

My plate is over flowing!  I will keep you posted on the planning!
